Water on floor of 95 lhs

Hi-looking for some help please. I am getting water on the driver side floor when ac is on.. I think the drain on the evap is plugged but cannot find it. Can it be seen from under the hood or must you go under the car. Thanks for any help I can get

you might be able to see it from the top.a couple feet from the passenger side in
& about 3/4 of way down.your looking for a plastic tube usualy black.but proboly
easier from looking from underneath
