87 gn brakes

just wondering if any one knows how to test power brakes, accumulator etc. My car keeps blowing the brake fuse and i am not sure where to begin looking . I have heard about the swap to a normal brake system but im really trying to avoid it

normal brakes are horrible. Check your harness on the powermaster...

Re: 87 gn brakes

yes their was a ground short when i grounded the electric motor it worked but the 4 wire plug got really hot and i wasnt using a fuse just a piece of wire and it also got hot it will probably just blow the fuse. Im going to try and take the motor off and clean all the connections think that is the main problem?

Could possibly be the motor itself as they will bind up sort of like a starter.
