Question Another Brake Problem on 2005 Town & Country

Hi, my last post was about my brakes and here I am again 10,000 miles later and my passenger side Frt. Brakes started to grind. At first I didn't beleive it was my Frt. Brakes because I just replaced the pads not long ago.

I checked on the passenger Frt. side and the pads were completely worn down. I checked the Driver side and they were like new.

My question is why is the passenger side wearing down so fast? Did I do something wrong when I replaced them the first time?

All help is appreciated. Thanks Ives

Oh Goodie!!!! Ok First Check Master Cylinder To Make Sure Fluid Is Correct Or Near Correct. Good Ok Now, Remove Wheel Of Bad Side And When The New Pads Were Put On Were The Slide Pins Lubed? That Can Be A Cause, Now Thats Ok, Look At Caliper Is The Caliper In Good Shape, U Guess Well Chances Are You May Have A Sticking Caliper Which Will Cause The Pads To Ride The Rotor And Go Bad. Replace Caliper, Bleed System And Go.

Thanks dcx96, did as you suggested. The caliper was the problem, changed it, bleed brakes, everything working fine. Thanks again Ives

Dear dcx96
Have you seen my post on the 2002TCvan grinding noise in the front. Problem now gone by changing R rear hub but ABS light stays on. Original code said R Rear hub was the problem. Is it likely that because the hug bearing was bad that the unit got hot and damaged the sensor in the wiring to the hub?
