o2 sensor b1 s2 location
ok guys i just bought my wife an 03 tib gt. just the other day the cel came on so i went to go get it checked out. cant remember the exact code but it was the b1 s2 o2 sensor code. My question is which o2 sensor is that and where is it located? any and all help is greatly appreciated. thanks.

we only have 1 bank of O2 sensors, s2 = sensor 2, so it's the one down the exhaust, after the flex pipe.

i got under the car yesterday to look and saw four o2 sensors two on each manifold. one near the block and one on the down pipe for each manilfold. all four where before the flex pipe?

o i am sorry i thought that the (GT) ONLY came in v6. guess i should have researched it first.

damn I just got owned ... didn't saw the GT (I must've read too fast), because you are right, the GT is only V6

i have replaced two o2 sensors already know is giving me a b2 s2 code? there isnt any haynes or chilton books out for this car yet? i might have to just take it to a dealer or something.

not too familiar with these, but in 99% of cases i have seen, sensor 2 is after the cat. bank 1 is the odd numbered cylinders. so it would be on the pipe for cylinders 1-3-5 after the cat, unless hyundai does everything backwards from everybody else.
