Re: service code
try this-------
switch ignition off--------- press and hold button to left ----- switch ign on---- keep button depressed for 10 secs-- display should now read 0, and symbol will go out. |

Re: service code
Dear All,
I own a Saxo 1.1, 2003 model, and when I turn on the ignition key the digital (LCD) display of the odometer blinks shorty (3-4 times) and the code "74 1620" (with a spanner key) blinks on the display. After that the display returns to normal and shows the total km reading which is a number different than the "74 1620"(the spanner key remains always on). I know that the "spanner key" means that the car needs servicing, but what the "74 1620" code means? Does anybody have an explanation on that? Can anyone please advise? Please help. Thanx Chris |
