No Power, Poor Mileage, won't shift properly

1990 Geo Tracker 4X4. 1.6L

Here is the rundown on what I have going on.

1. Gas Mileage is 17 - 18 MPG

2. Doesn't shift down going up hill until speed goes down to about 30 MPH. This is from 55 MPH.

3. Lacks power, Dogs out even when stomping on the Gas Pedal.

4. Need to pump the gas pedal when starting. (Has throttle body)

5. Stalls at stop sign even when warmed up.


Please someone give me some guidance and a direction to go.

PS.... ONE THING I FORGOT TO MENTION :::: Tranny was replaced just before I bought the Tracker....
