Busted!!!
Got busted last night "spectating" at a street race here in houston. on rankin road. most of u who go though, know it as goodnight trail.. anyways, what pisses me of is the fact that not even one person raced while we were there, so technically i was just loitering! Damn 5.0

just wrote me a citaion...the court summons wsn't even complete. my brother's was though hahaha. apparently they had been out there all night writing these things, never seen 'em before..it used to be "semi-legal" to race there..all the cops did was show up and people scattered. now it is fully illegal,, the block off the road and line people up to write citations to.

wow they give tickets for spectating? couldnt u just claim u were there for some other reason?
they usually just make us leave, and if they dont "let" us leave, 40 cars scattering at once with 2 cops chasing makes for pretty good odds, especially when youre faster than just about every other car when it comes to winding through streets and such, and your station wagon appearance makes for a low profile around other rice, hehe |

because by spectating, you are actively participating in an illegal event.. they could have arrested every single person out there, but didn't ...by law. they've been doing it for years now in dallas, but when there's 20 or so cop cars blocking off all surrounding entrances and impromtu exits, its kinda hard ot get away...and there's ALOT more than 40 cars out there also

it also is dangerous to have a bunch of fast cars with fast drivers scatter all of a sudden so they probably want to avoid that. at least that is what is on thier minds

Here I took care of organisation because nobody could get it right and pepole had their licenses revoked , they had crashes trying to run away etc. Since I took it in my hand it's all good , we have pepole with cell phones at the police stations that let us know if something is going down , we have guys in other areas with radios , we have a guy that is able to "overhear":hehe: what's on the police radio channel , so when the HEAT comes we just chill , park our cars , no panic , no running away , no shit , everyone's cool:bandit: :smoka: :sun: :silly2: :smoker2: , and even if they know what was going down 5 or 10 minutes ago , they can't do anything at the time they come :finger: ....
