Do it ur-self cold air intake

ive done a custom cold air intake on a 79 mustang, but how can i do one for my laser? The main problem i am having is tryin to figur where to put the sensor on inside of the air filter. hope thats not too confusing.

I am guessing it is the MAS sensor. You can make it in two pieces and put one on each side and then use hose clamps.

If it is a plug type sensor.. i guess you could drill a hole and put in a fitting (forgot there exact name they are gray) and use abs cement to hold it in place in the hole. Then you could screw the sensor right in.

yes its the MAS airflow sensor. but its haped kinda funny and it didnt seem like it would fit it the tubing.

The "www" button below my posts will take you to the pos website... The process is similar for a 1g, but the MAS needs a 3" coupler, not 4. Its easy to figure out once you get started.
