Ford Scorpio and Renault Espace sighting in NZ

Most of you Euro-members are either going to groan or laugh but today I saw one of the hardest to see cars in NZ- the Ford Scorpio, when I saw it in magazines I loved t but when I saw it turning down Ti Rakau drive in Pakaranga a few months back I realised how truly ugly it was but I still liked it- it had British rego plates and said GB on the back- the Scorpio as neer sold in NZ since it would be only treading o the toes of Ford NZ's best selling car-The Fairmont.

On that same day I saw a Renault Espace (the new generation) which had NZ rego's and said F on the back, and the Espace is a BEAUTIFUL car in the flesh-the Espace was not sold here because it was too expensive to import (Renault NZ learnt not to do taht again with the Safrane)
