1996 Plymth Grand Voyager (SE)

It all started about 2 weeks ago when my Mom went to go to work. She put the key into the ignition, turned the key, and nothing happened, not even a mumer from the starter. She tryed it a few more times untill we called our neighbor, who has a small tire/farm tractor/roadside troble company he runs himself. He said it was something with the fuse box, and he fixed in no time flat. Its been running good untill today. My Mom says when she was comming back from Wal-Mart, on I-81, all the lights began flickering and shortly after going off, and then on minuits later repeating several times. When she got home we tryed to start her up, and it was, deja vu.

I think the cause of it not starting is at the ignion switch(key). My moms scared it'll leave her stranded. The van has 140 thousand some odd miles on the road, so it just may be showing its age.

Thanks for any ideas,
-Jake
