Unhappy Car wont start Fuse 15 keeps blowing

i was driving home from a road trip about 30 mins from home my battery light went on... Everything seemed normal. Didnt seem like i lost battery power, ie head lights kept working and all.... Got home ok, battery light still on. Turned Car off, then tryed to re-start.... DEAD! Nor Turning... I had the battery check it was ok. Looked in the fuses and saw that FUSE #15 was blown...? Does anyone know what this is and why my car will not start? I habe no idea........

Thanks
