PO105 map sensor circuit

Got this message this morning. Is it just the sensor or could it be something electrical with the circuit?

Year make and engine and mileage?

Codes do not say replace parts but to check it out.

As in code 105 it says check map sensor circuit.

Re: PO105 map sensor circuit

OBD11 code or engine scanner code?
Engine scanner code 105 is map sensor performance.

First step is clear code and see if it comes back or if any other codes.

If it comes back get a repair flow chartbfor that code and go threw the repair flow chart and see where it takes you.

Let us know how it goes.

Re: PO105 map sensor circuit

2003 trailblazer; 4.3 liter; 125,000 miles

The reason I asked is I also read this circuit is just for the MAP sensor and that was probably the problem. But MAP's cost 60-70 dollars and don't just want to blow the money if it is something else. (I've done that before.) Just making sure before I do anything. What other things are there to check? Vacuum?
