Orange lights stuck on at night
2001 Olds. Alero....the orange lights( aka turn signal lamps, hazards or parking lamps) stay lite solid at night. I took them out so I don't get pulled over and noticed that they are not exactly the right ones (3057 but are supposed to be 3157A or NA) would that make them malfunction like that? If not then what is?

Re: Orange lights stuck on at night
The difference in the bulbs is only brightness. 3157 is brighter than a 3057.

Re: Orange lights stuck on at night
Thank you for responding....so I see a lot of stuff about blinkers malfunctioning on the Alero but none of them said anything about the orange lights staying on like mine but is it possible this could be something the recall would take care of

Re: Orange lights stuck on at night
The recall is for lamps not working, NOT staying on.....
If the lamps are staying on a circuit is shorted to voltage, or you have a problem with multifunction switch.... |
