Masking could have been a little more precise when you colored the car. I see some jagged lines. Rear wheel well needs to be cleaned up a bit too. For the most part nice work!

Just something I want to say is that your thread is called 67 charger chop but it's a 66 . It's nice for a first chop, I had a page up like that go look you'll feel way better about yourself .

It looks pretty good, here are a few things you may want to consider:
The rims for me are a bit too much and have an anachronistic feel for me, perhaps if they were smaller it might help, also the shadowing is wrong compared to the shadow on the car. The front rim should be more in shadow perhaps a fade from the top left to the bottom right. The black stripe is too sharp for me too, perhaps if the edges were slightly softer, and the front quarter panel stripe may look better if it tapered to the lines of the car rather than a square cut off end. Also i think you could have used an overlay thus keeping the door handle and other external features like the gas tank lid visible - adds a bit more realism to the finished look. I'd also like to see the 383 emblem back on in a nice shiney silver to contrast the red paint. You've got a good start tho, keep working on it.

nice 20" wheels with 6" wide tires just doesnt cut it, lol.
