new 1999 c230 owner

Hello everyone, new to this forum and having a car in general. I know almost nothing about cars(about as much as my 60 year old mom), so please bare with me. I just got a 1999 mercedes c230 in very good condition that I would like to keep nice. I've been driving an old bonneville in the winter though because I want to keep the rims nice on the mercedes. So I parked it in my garage up my camp for the winter and I was wondering if someone had some good info for keeping it in good shape while in storage for the winter(it hasn't been there long only a week).

Info on regular upkeep when out of storage would be useful as well, any feedback you guys give me about the car would be very much appreciated, I could use all the help I can get.
