98 Eldo key fob programming
Hey does anyone know how to program a 98 Eldo key fob? I only have one transmitter, hopefully I don't need both because I just bought the car and I only got one. I tried one method, holding down lock and unlock buttons at the same time, that didn't work. How about the ground wire in the trunk deal that I've used on my old Oldsmobile? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!!

Re: 98 Eldo key fob programming
I'm pretty sure that the newer Cadillacs have to be programmed using the TECH II programmer that usually only dealers have. My 2000 STS had to be programmed that way, whereas my '94 can be done with the wire in the trunk like you mentioned.
