1997 Olds LSS rear seat removal
I'm going to put new rear struts on my 97 LSS and am wondering how to remove the rear seat??? Can anyone help.

Remove the rear seat cushion by pushing the lower front edge near the floor back toward the trunk then lift upwards and pull forward, that should release the seat frame out of the hooks on the floor under the seat cushion.
To remove the seat back you need to remove the lap belt nuts and lap belts. There should also be some push nuts on the outer mounts. After that the seat back should just lift out. Hope that helps. |
