93 Astro Very Odd Electrical Problem

I have a 1993 Astro EXT LT van w/Aux Lighting & Electronic dash & All power w/4.3 v-6 TBI VIN Lttr Z. After a very cold snap here for 2 days I got in van & when it started I noticed alt only at 10 volt. Tranny locked in 1st gear. OK, Put new Alt 105 amp on it & battery was bad so replaced it. Tranny & everything back to normal. Noticed though when I turned on headlights though that buzzer went off like lights on & key off. Turn lights off buzzer goes off whether key on or not. Noticed also that cig lighter light & a few dash lights not working & interior lights not come on when door open but will come on when turned on at headlight switch. Aux switch for lts on on dash, doesn't matter. Still works same. All digital dash & gauges work fine. Everytime now though that turn on headlights it blows fuse marked gages in fuse box. Also Pass power window goes down fine from drvr side but not back up from that side but works fine from pass side. Can not find any broken or burnt wires anywhere. Have tested all wiring by factory manuals & all seem to test fine. Anybody with any suggestions please help. Please PM or email me. I depend on this vehicle for my wife.
