Re: wont turn over 3500 rpm

why is the p28 chipped? i tend to believe something happend with the chip, pull the jumper out so it reverts back to factory chip and try that

Re: wont turn over 3500 rpm

ok, now we're getting somewhere, now we know its modded.... was the chip bought off line? or did you bring your car to a tuner to tune to your specific setup? how much bigger are the new injectors?

I still think its something with the ECU.. when you mod an engine like that, you cant just throw a chip in it and expect it to run.. get it tuned and ill bet you fix it

Re: wont turn over 3500 rpm

right, was the ohter honda as modded as yours? with the boring and P&P your getting alot more air in there, and if the ecu isnt setup for it then its gunna go nuts with everything the sensors are sending back, which will make it run like shit. Whereas is its set for a relativly stock configuration (the other car) it should run fine. i would also check out all your other sensors to make sure they are still working correctly and sending accurate info to the ecu.
