Installing A Tow Hitch 95 Trans

HI, I am trying to install a trailer hitch on my 95 Trans sport. The pass side is fine, the frame has threaded holes from the exaust hangar, but the drivers side frame just has holes that are not threaded. Has anyone installed a hitch ? HELP!!!!!

I'll check mine tomorrow and and edit the post if I'm wrong ...I did that long time ago...but I think nuts with long wings were inserted inside the frame through side openings..
....I did check: in fact there were bolts and wingnuts provided with the kit but I did not use them: I still have them. I used bolts inserted down in the frame through frame windows and standard nuts on the protruding end over the hitch attachment.

Thanks LMP. The photos are Invaluable. I know this is an old thread but they are all getting old now I need to find a hitch for my 93 TS. So far the only lead I have is from UHaul. Because the TSs are getting so old now the hitches are sometimes selling for pretty cheap i. e. $150
