1994 1.9 wagon suspension parts-what do you recommend?

I do alot of heavy driving on some terrible roads and I usually start and stop, in a five hour period, more then 350 times.
My question is this, what brand of suspension parts should I be using that would last me longer then one month and are there any mods I can do to the suspension to make it a better ride on these roads.

Lowering the air pressure in the tires might help a little. That's about all I can think of.

To what pressure? 30 or lower?

I think 30 might help. I used to run mine at 35 PSI and it made for a rough ride.

I want to know what brands have you been using that don't last (and where they are made). As well as exactly which parts you are constantly replacing.

The problem with most suspension parts today (Lower ball joints, tie rod ends) don't have grease zerks in them. I drilled an 1/8 inch hole in my parts and threaded in self tapping zerks. If you are stopping once a minute for a five hour duration I would most likely think that any front end part isn't going to last under those conditions. I've found Federal Mogul to have excellent quality parts.

Monroe for Struts
Moog for tie rod end and lower ball joint.

Your right and I am stumped as to why they stopped making them that way(grease zerks)...they always lasted longer when you could grease them up.

Thanks, but I've got both of those in my car, and some of them have about 150,000 miles on them and work just fine.

As per mentioned on the very first post of this thread, I drive on roads that are, lets say, something most people wouldn't take a 4X4 on.
I was just curious about anything better then Monroe or Moog.
