Unhappy 99 Isuzu Wizard Diesel to Petrol Wiring.

Hi guys, nice forum! Been reading through and got a good bit of information but still got some questions.

So I recently bought a Wizard from a friend which was diesel when he originally purchased it, that engine got damaged and due to the limited supply of this engine type they did a swap to petrol.

Donor vehicle was an early model left hand drive honda passport with a 3.2 V6 SOHC 6VD1 (Im assuming after research). I have no Idea what engine was in the vehicle before the swap.

Issues

Intstrument cluster does not work properly - No Tach or Speedo... No Fuel Reading.. (Lamps & Indicators Work fine)

No AWD (I don't think its connected)

Works properly in reverse while other gear selections (D, etc) will take time to select and move extremely slow.

It seems they are running both ecus old + new (Not Sure) as well as both harnesses as there are connections for Two Batteries and it appears one end has been jumped.

Questions!

Given the nature of the swap can purchase a harness that matches my vehicle and use it on this older generation engine?

Should I just get the electrical sorted out and have the vehicle run off both ecus or one?

Seeing that my wizard is RHD will a LHD rodeo (same model/shape/year) harness work with my vehicle and engine?

Thanks!

Some pics, removed the interior for cleaning and to see what else was there.
