2006 Mazda RX-7 and other news..
2006 Mazda RX-7: If the RX-8 is the success Mazda is banking on, a two-door RX-7 may follow for 2006. On the drawing board is a shortened, lighter car boasting 280-330 hp.
Can someone confirm this???? 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt: Developed on the Delta platform, the new compact sedan and coupe differ enough from the Cavalier to warrant a name change. The car is expected to feature a wide, chrome grille like other recent Chevy models. Line will include base, LS, LT, and SS models, with top engine offering being a 200+ horsepower supercharged four-cylinder. How about this?? 2005 Honda S2000: Redesign with obligatory power boost. |

The RX7 is, apparently, on hold.
The Cobalt is pretty much as you've explained. Delta is unrelated to the J-body platform of the Cavalier. |
