Re: Automobile Magazine Article...

lol All I can say is "duh". It's pretty widely agreed that the Z32 looks better than the Z31...I've always said that. But, as long as I have some type of budget to work with, the Z31 will be the car for me.

Does anyone else think that list looks kinda odd with 24 of the 25 cars being made between 1935 and 1979 with the 90-96 Z stuck in there? There were no notable cars made in those 11 years?

Oh...and no 240Z on the list? Where'd that list come from?

automobile magazine...as stated before.

yeah...i thought it was weird too but it was in the September volume supposedly. the Z32 is the only japanese car and the only car newer than 75'. says alot or automobile magazine voters consist of more than a couple Z32 owners. either way..it speaks volumes.

i honestly cant decide which looks better, the 93+ RX7 or the 90+ 300zx. i like the Z better because it is more practical and can make 50+hp for more than a few weeks without s***ing itself. but looks alone...they are both gorgeous. the Z being more agressive but still refined and the 7 beings more swooping and smooth and finessed.

Re: Automobile Magazine Article...

I dont know I love the Z32, but the FD3S is a good looking car yes, but I dont like the stock Fd without a wing. At least the Z32 looks good with or without a wing.

Re: Automobile Magazine Article...

the 2+2 without a wing looks absolutely hideous imo... i really like the fd3s either way... it's just such sexy swoopy lines to it... if things go bad with the z for some reason i'd probably import one once i'm out of school.... can pick up a near mint one for 13k canadian... not bad

yeah...

the FD is pure sex. much like the Z32 but in a different way. FD is more of sex you would have with your newly aquired wife on your wedding night and the Z32 is more of the rough sex that you would have with the hot neighbor while her husband is out of town on a business leave. different but yet both absolutely great things.

also, 2+2's are hideous in general. no matter what you do to them they always look like poop when placed next to a 2 seater. if by themselves and in person, they look good. they are very anti-photogenic though.

Re: Automobile Magazine Article...

I like the RX cuz it looks so teeny tiny. The Z32 isn't big by any stretch of the imagination but they 3rd gen RXs look REALLY little...I love it. I'd kill for an R-1...stock sub 5 sec 0-60 times...

...el drool...

The sex analogy given above is a good way to describe the difference between the Z32 and the RX...the Z32 has a bit more of a luxury-ish-kinda ora to it than the RX does. The Z32 just seems a bit more gentle...lol
