'89 Sunbird Factory Radio Issues

Since I'm a stickler for money i won't be replacing the radio that's in there for awhile, but I am having issues with the radio itself. Right now the time is off by about 6 and a half hours, I need to fix that and can't figure out the right button combination to get the time to set correctly. So if anyone can help me with that i'd be grateful. Also if anyone knows how to change the radio presets to something else other than what was on there (not a big country fan >_<) i'd be grateful also!
