06 GMC Sierra lift help?
Hey guys.. I just got my new truck and am looking into/wanting to get some 35's and a 6" lift on it, but I'm not sure if that will work with the gear ratio that's there?? I don't really want to regear it but I'd like to get the 35s on there if I can??
it's a reg cab short box 4.3L V6 with a (I think) 4.02 gear ratio. any help/suggestions? |

With that sixer under the hood you're gonna wanna regear for sure. With 35's, assuming your stock size is 245/75/16's, and your gear ratio now is 4.02. I would say go with 4.56's. edit- Whoa! Holy batman that was an old post! Sorry!
