90 taurus stalling and bogging
i have 3.0 v6 automatic that idles low and dies most of the time. i have checked almost every sensor except o2 and the egr valve. also if i give it gas is bogs down at first then jumps right up. i cant figure it out. so my question is where is the egr located and has anyone had this problem?

Re: 90 taurus stalling and bogging
I would add a container of a name brand fuel injector cleaner to a full tank of gas, put the cleaner in first then fill the tank. The fuel injector cleaner has solved nearly every problem of this sort I have had with Fords of this vintage. It's always the first thing I reach for.
