turbo geo

Friend has a 1991 prizm, on it's way to the junkyard... everything in it except the motor failed state inspection. THus, we reached the conclusion that my old typhoon turbo would make a nice addition. haven't hooked it up yet, but looks and sounds amazing.

Re: turbo geo

i am kinda lost, umm dosnt a turbo need the exhaust pressure to "presurize" the air going in to the intake, so woundent it need a pipe running from bolth ???

that's right bob, the intake pipe isn't mounted yet.

I'd suggest to build the turbo a lot closer to that manifold, all the heat is lost and the air has a long way to that intake.
