L.E.D Lights to a on/off switch
I just picked up a set of cobra eyes windshields washer lights (blue). Their illegal to have them on while driving. So I wanted to put a on/off switch under the center consol were the two cup holder’s are. I no nothing about wiring but am starting to learn. So if there is how to; out their some were please kick down with the link. Or give me some good step by step directions that would be great. And we are working with a (00 neon)

Okay...hook the ground to any nut under the hood. Run the + wire to where your switch will be mounted. Make sure your switch has a diagram on the package if you need one, cause there are a couple different types, and i ain't goin' into all that. Run another piece of wire from where your switch will be to a 'switched' fuse in the fuse box behind the dash. Ironically enough the windshield wiper fuse works perfectly. Hook up your switch and mount it. Oh, and for the love of god, don't be a redneck... hide your freakin' wires! Just make sure the lights are sealed to the hood good so they don't short out when it rain or you wash your car. Hope this helps. If you really need help with the switch, tell me what kind you have.
