Can someone help me here?
This is probably a stupid question, but can anyone tell me the difference specifically between a true 'cuda, and a 'cuda clone, thanks a million

a clone is any car that is not original. ie a 318 car that a person put a hemi in and did a paint and and correct decal then it would be a hemi clone.

clone car
A clone car is an exact duplicate of another car that was produced. A modified car is a car that has some modifications that weren’t available from the factory. You couldn’t have a 1973 hemicuda clone since there never was such a car . . . in order to clone something, you must first have an original.
A true ‘cuda is one of the three categories of the barracuda line: 1) Barracuda, 2) Gran Coupe Barracuda and 3) ‘Cuda. The Barracuda was the standard model, the gran coupe was the luxury model and the ‘cuda was the performance model. Hope this helps! |
