97 Dakota v6, intermittent skip

I just bought a 97 Dakota Slt, V6 automatic transmission. It had an intermittent
Skip, diagnostic showed a misfire on #5, changed plugs, cap, rotor, wires. Still has skip when cold and under a load. All cylinders seem to be firing. Thinking it could be injectors?,coil? Looking for any suggestions. Thanks for any help.

Have you checked fuel pressure? Have you ran any fuel system cleaner through it yet? What were the actual code that were showing?
