'01 Taurus Steering Help!

I have a '01 Taurus. The rack & pinion has been replaced three or four times in the past year and a half. The problem that I am having now is the same one as in the past which is leaking fluid. It looks like the leak is coming from where the hoses connect to the rack & pinion. Is there any information that I might could pass along to my mechanic to solve this problem? The hoses and the pump have been replaced in the past. I use the car in my work. I do alot of stopping, and turning everyday while driving this car. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Re: '01 Taurus Steering Help!

there are nyon gaskets (look like washers) that NEED to be replaced every time the line is removed - not many people do but it's like rolling the dice if you don't.
