94 Isuzu engine swap with 4.3
Rookie here! Looking for anyone that has swapped a Chev 4.3 into a pick up not a chevy clone Hombre. Especially motor mounts or procedures done before. I have searched other sites but none with how to do it. Links to other forums or sites would be helpful. I have a 4.3 block with Vortec heads and 700R4 tranny. I am wanting to go with a carb setup. Don't like computers. Appreciate any and all assistance.

check out stinkfab.com
if your truck came with a 2.8, your options for a swap is a 3.1 or a 3.4. The 4.3 is entirely different.

Canadianranger,
From what I have searched/surfed on, it is possible to mount a 4.3 or even a sbc in an Isuzu with no cutting required. I just have not found anywhere or anyone that has posted the "how to do it". Good luck. |

Re: 94 Isuzu engine swap with 4.3
Need a motor for a 92 Isuzo pickup truck...
The 4cyl engine gave up the ghost and the body is good... is it worth fixing? |
