Help with posting pics?

May sounds stupid but wtf.... someone want to run "posting pics for dummies"? or maybe posting pics 101? it looks as if I gotta get my pics frm the computer to a website and run a link from there or some other.... I dunno.... help? Thanks guys even hows stupid this may sound.. I just got my pics from when I painted the car myself and prepping and things.
