wierd problem after alarm install

i put in a new alarm on my van, on saterday, 94 ford e150 with ambulance package, full luxury conversion. i have the drivers panal under the steering wheel removed already to hook up all the wires. alarm works, thats not the problem. the problem is today i wire tied all the loose wires, went to the store to get some velcro, and discovered i have the following problems:

trans shifts very hard and suddenly, (possible because it seems that its waiting way to long to shift in the first place, rpms are higher then normal before it shifts to the next gear.)

althought all gadges light up and work, the speedometer does not work and the odemeter is blank

and finally, ( i think its a seperate problem, but related the the wireing being manipulated.) i have no internal speakers at all, all i have is the box and the amp the runns through rca jacks to the rear.

as far as the trans, speedo, and odometer are concerned, is there a relay that controls that under the dash that might have been unpluged by accident? how does this system work?

P.S. i cant get the alarm to lock and unlock the doors. where is the stinking door lock module located????

You need a wiring diagram. http://www.alldata.com/ Buy a years subscription.
When you cut and splice wires it pays to do one at a time and don't try without a wiring diagram.
