2008 Honda Odyssey Touring All Lights Flickering

My 2008 Honda Odyssey Touring has 27k miles and is less than 4yrs old. My exterior headlights are flickering every half second when on, which is very noticable to other drivers, and my interior lights dome and door flicker when door is adjar and car is running. Have read one other thread where it was alternator. Hard to believe a alternator would go bust after 27k, not the kind of quality I would expect from Honda.

Re: 2008 Honda Odyssey Touring All Lights Flickering

Honda Corp stepped up and replaced my alternator out of warranty as Good Will. Dealership explained that my low miles qualified. It was great that local dealer dealt with Corporate directly and saved me time. This was great news as the quote was $704 the previous day. The move to contact Honda Corp was at my suggestion. Either way, so far the new alternator did the trick. This is now the second thread with same problem viewed for public.
