Cool E150 5.4L Spark Plug Replacement

Is there some 'magic' to replacing the spark plugs on my 2001 Ford E150 XLT van other than acquiring a pair of very small hands? How on god's green earth does one manuever his hands inside the cowling to take off the coil and remove the spark plug??? Is this some kind of Ford cruel joke? From my perspective, I can't figure out how to get at these coils and plugslet alone remove them! I guess I understand why replacing the spark plugs is a costly endeavor at a shop! Finally, the only reason I'm replacing the plugs is a recently developed hesitation upon acceleration at higher speeds. Perhaps plugs are the problem. I figured its about time given the 129K miles on the original plugs.

Any thoughts, suggestions?

remove the air box and filter and you can reach the coils better unbolt turn and pull they'll slide out from under the fuel rail then take your time on the plugs if you snap them you will need a shop to pull them
