Angry Instrument cluster suddenly stops working

On my 98 Breeze, my instrument cluster stops working out of the blue. I have found that if I disconnect the battery, they start working for a while. I realize that disconnecting the battery, it is reseting the computer mods in the car. Has anyone had this prob and figured out the fix...?

Please Help...

I have a 99 Breeze and I loose the insturment cluster along with door locks and air conditioning but only when it is hot outside. Is that when yours does it? When the car cools down they come back on. Have you heard an answer from anyone? Thanks syancey
