Just my opinion, but I better remind you guys that you are taking some bad odds if you buy a vehicle in the first model year. I would let the others test it for me the first year, and then buy the next model once they have discovered and fixed the majority of the bugs. Also, the 4.0 L V6 (in the 4runner) has had alot of complaints about engine mechanical noises that have not been fixed by Toyota.

The 05 do have a problem with chipping on the rocker panels and in a few other places. go to toyotanation.com for mroe info
