95 Escort Computer Numbers????

Hey guys. I am trying to find out if anybody knows the significance of the numbers on the ECU. Checked my part number. It is F4CF-12A650-CB. Other numbers were E4H1 right above that part number and to the right of E4H1 is SMT-104. Below the main part number is CK0R315MN56K and below that is NPF and 4J072. Anybody have any idea what those other numbers signify? I am looking on eBay to get another one and there are plenty of the correct part number but its those other numbers that's got me confused. My a/c is not staying on more than a second or two and I had the relay tested and it is supposed to be looking for 12 volts and is only getting around 2. Mechanic said its either in the wiring or ECU. I'd rather replace the ECU for around $30 than try and chase a wiring issue. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
