Help! Advice needed
Long story short, I have a friend who purchased a car it's a Volkswagen Jetta 4door SE for way more than she should and can't afford the payments. Edmunds says that the car is worth $10,485 with mileage and she just got done paying off the warranty and still owes $15,000 on it...
Her monthly payments are over $350 a month which I thought was crazy.. I thought such monthly payments would be only for something like a new BMW or Mercedes. She would be fine getting an older car but she is worried about her credit score which isn't the best for getting a loan. She wants to trade in for something else. Is there a solution for this scenario that may only require a little bit of a financial loss? Thank you for any advice you may give |

Re: Help! Advice needed
I guess the best advice is to learn to do your homework before buying. If there is a legal way out of the purchase, I don't know what it would be.
