Question ID 91-96 Turbo Transmissions

Help me folks. I have two 91-96 300ZX turbo transmissions with no ID tags. Previous forum research has told that the TT flywheel is 4MM larger diameter and the bellhousing is clearanced accordingly. Also, that the starter mounting boss is different. In what way? Thicker?, to set the starter slightly outboard? I need some specs, TT bellhousing inside diameter, starter mount thickness or height from exterior of bellhousing. How can I confirm that these are TTs?

Cool Re: ID 91-96 Turbo Transmissions

From your questions it looks like your trying to change from a NA to a TT..
Just change the bell housing from one to the other and it will work.
