top speed
i cant remember and im having trouble finding info. can anyone tell me the top speed the gn can do on stock gearing? i dont mean computer cut off limited, since no gns have that anymore anyway. i never had anything but the stock 85 mph speedo, and have no idea what iv gotten it up to. i was just thinking about it and figured someone would know.

I remember reading somewhere about the TR's used by the FBI/DEA that were tested without the fuel cutoff and reached ~156 mph. At this point at stock hp level and gearing it was simply limited by drag coefficient. Higher speeds obviously are reached with performance modifications.
Not the most aerodynamic vehicle in the world, but neither were any of the first era of muscle cars.

gm flipped one on there proving grounds at 155 mph;wind got up under it.
