whats the diff
hi, i was wondering what is the difference between seprate speakers and componet? ]

Seperate as in coaxial, tri-axial etc?, Theres 2 types the basic 2 way/coaxial etc, and the compnent the 2way the comp is in the same unit as the speaker where as the comps are a seperate unit, with a seperate crossover.

http://www.mtx.com/index2.cfm click on products then click on speakers/ i noticed that some site will have componets coaxials and what they call seprate. they look like componts but get called a different name?

It looks like a set of components with a basket attached to the mid to hold the tweet if you want to mount it there. Basically it could be run as a component set or a coaxial, normally a company would just call it a component set (or "separates", they're interchangeable) and throw in a blurb about the ability to mount the tweet coaxially if you want, but I guess they are trying to distinguish between the two.
