1994 plymouth Acclaim/ bad struts?

Hi, my 1994 when being driven feels as if you are floating on air, and when I begin to slow or stop the suspension parts seem to jerk the entire car forward? Has anyone any ideas for me to fix this problem.

Yup... Put new shock absorbers/dampers in... they're f'd. I'd recommend new front and rear if you've got the money...you'll be amazed at the improved ride and handling. :o)
