Also... a car not listed but is fun to drive is the "polyphony: Gran Turismo Formula" car... YUHP... thats right... FORMULA 1 car...

Yeah it was designed as a promotion thingy. Also it the year thing is like 2035 or somthing. If u look at the side of the car there is a easter egg if u know morse code.. Or u can just check the forums at Gtplanet.net gt 4 section.

I think they don't realy care for anything but Japanese cars in General. There is not '03/'04 Mustang Cobra, no Dodge Ram Srt-10 but there is a Hemi one with four doors whats up with that? They put in a few good ones to please the masses, but they did a very bias job with the cars in the final game as usual. Don't get me wrong I love the game ,but there is like 50 different Skylines and 3 Mustangs. They could of al least put one from every gen.

I'd say the US is fairly well represented. Sure, there are a lot more japanese cars, but where does this game come from again?

And tell me, what's so exciting about all these american cars anyway? In the end, the f-bodies and mustangs all end up being RWD 300 hp machines, with different bodies. Yes, I reallize that it is the same thing with all the skylines, etc. but maybe you should just be happy that there is a mustang, several camaros, several corvettes, etc. If there were 'only' 100 cars in the game, you'd be exstatic with the amount of American cars in the game.

Cool (highlight) american cars in the game:
4 out of 5 trucks... sure, no srt-10, but you have a lightning, ssr, and concept sst to keep you happy.

A slew of muscle cars
Mustang(s)
Camaros
Corvettes
Ford RS200
SRT-4

etc. etc.

The point is, be happy with what you have. If you really want more american cars, I suspect Forza on the US based XBOX will have more american cars (for good or bad).

EDIT: Not to mention 4 vipers, several GTs and GT40s, etc.

Very well said ^^ btw the reason for all the skylines is they all have some differnces. The GTS are Rwd single turbo, GTR 3 gens all getting more torque, the the Mspec gtr have 3 oil coolers and higher speed limiter, N1 skylines have HIGH speed limiter also with the 3 oil coolers. i highly enjoyed all the american cars we picked up. Wish we could have grabbed the C6 and the 429 boss mustang like the European version is going to get but o well.
