Water behind the dashboard

There is water behind my dashboard, when you turn you can hear it slosh up and down,some of it is running down into the floor well and even filled up the storage pods in the front foot wells, there must be a drainage hole block some where but it all looks sealed in and not very accessable, any ideas would be grately received thankyou
