Exclamation Suspension Lift..... HELP!!!!

Ive got a 95 blazer, 4x4 4 Door and I want to raise it about 4-6 inches, suspension. Instead of buying a hefty priced kit at roughly a couple grand canadian, Im going to have my Uncle who is a machinist for car parts manufacture all the bracketry. Ill then buy whatever cant be made (ie: shocks and so on).

Does anyone have any sources or ideas where i can get the dimensions and the info needed to manufacture the parts??? I just need to knwo what parts would be involved and maybe a layout of the specs or dimensions of each piece.

Any ideas or anything will help, thanks for your time guys.

Re: Suspension Lift..... HELP!!!!

Do yourself a huge favor, and change the front end to a solid axle from a first generation Ford Bronco or a Jeep. A Toyota Pickup might work as well.

You'll want some leaf springs for the front, along with the hangers. Search the wreckers for something that looks like it'll work

Look on BC 4wd. A few people on that site have done them

I'm just 4 fun on there

I believe 1 or 2 people close to you as well.
