Installing coilovers on a 90 integra? DIY or not?
I want to lower my car with coilovers.. is this a do it yourself type of thing or not? can someone give me a link to a site that explains in detail with pictures how to remove the stock springs and put on the coilovers?

This is a do it yourself type thing but seeing how its your first time it's gonna take a while. You might need a spring compressor depending on how you undo the shock I undid mine from the top under the hood without a compressor kinda dangerous cause the spring could fly off and cause some damage. I've done my last 3 cars that way never had any trouble it just drops down. It's all pretty straight forward once you get the wheels off you can pretty much see what needs to be done to install the springs, each spring is marked so you know which ones go in which corner or which goes on the front and which goes on the back.

u really don't even need a spring compressor. jus shoot the end into something solid (ie empty garbage can...etc..) jus have a frien hold the side of it an make sure to wear gloves. really is pretty simple, jus take ur time an keep ur cool.

do you like pop the hood and undo the nut at the top of the strut then unbolt it from the axle then what from there? once i get the stock spring off im sure i can figure it out from there as far as putting on the new coilover assembly
