Question 2006 CRV Leak

My 2006 CRV has a leak that drips water on the gas pedal when there's a longer period rain (eg, soaker rain). Had it to dealer 3 times now and the first 2 times result in the same leak. Most recently they called this into Honda of America (in CA.?) for input. They sent over what appeared to be a service bulletin about a Cowl (sp? pronounced 'cowl') leak. They found 2 small (very small) spots that appeared to not have a proper seal. The first service attempt were unable to re-produce; 2nd they said they resealed a firewall port (wire), but, when I picked up the car after a sustained rain the night prior, the leak was there for them to witness; I replaced a windshield on my own accord (had a very very small crack that insurance paid for so I figure reseal the window and replace) then still leaked. Third time just completed and that is the 2 small leaks they claim to have found and fixed.
I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this leak issue? About a 1/2 cup of water drips onto the gas pedal and pools on the rubber mat.

Thanks all!
